Hi, I’m Dylan Kolak, founder of DKProFitness.
I know firsthand how overwhelming fitness and nutrition can be. When I first started, I struggled with finding the right plan and staying consistent, wasting years on trial and error.
That’s why I created DKProFitness – to help you avoid the mistakes I made and achieve results faster. As a former Division 1 gymnast, competitive bodybuilder, and coach to over 400 clients, I’ve learned what it takes to transform your body and your mindset.
My mission is to empower you to reach your goals with confidence, ease, and structure. Together, we’ll build the physique you’ve always dreamed of while boosting your energy, health, and overall quality of life.
